Take up work and hobbies involving physical activity. Give up indolence
Exercise regularly
Maintain oral hygiene
Treat skin ailments quickly
Have periodic check up of blood and urine
The diabetic should not marry another diabetic
Never stop medication even if you have fever, nausea, and or even where you are fasting
Carry your diabetic identity with you, along with your name, address and telephone number to enable immediate relief and or rescue
Have monthly weight check - up
Yearly x- ray examination of chest

engaged in any physical effort
Constipation, spasms of shivering

Burning sensation in soles of feet and spasmodic pain in calf muscles

Kidney, nerves and heart disease
Male impotence
Effects lead to coma (diabetic coma affects one who neglects regular injection of
insulin treatment)
Over - dosage of insulin leads to hypoglycemic coma, i.e. insulin shock)

Hemorrhage
